  • How do I enroll?
    Fill up the registration form https://www.edufun.com.sg/register. An EduFun staff will contact you to confirm your registration. An account will be set up for you on our Parent’s app. You may then log in to make payment for registration fees and lesson fees.
  • Besides the monthly fees, are there other fees to be paid?
    A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $80 will be collected upon enrolment into EduFun. It will not be refunded if the student withdraws, however, it will be waived if the student returns to EduFun again within the year that he/she is enrolled.
  • When are fees collected?
    Fees are collected on a monthly basis on and are to be paid before the first lesson of every month.
  • How do I pay the fees?
    An invoice will be generated through the Diibear app. Finance -> Pending Payments -> Make Payment -> Pay by OCBC Paynow or download the QR code and pay by any other Banking app.
  • What if there are 5 lessons in a month?
    Lessons will still be conducted on the 5th week for free.
  • What course materials are there?
    All worksheets are included in the monthly fees.
  • What if a student joins in the middle of the month?
    Fees for students who join after the start of the month will be prorated based on the number of remaining lessons in the month in the following manner: Monthly fees / 4 x number of lessons remaining in the month.
  • What if a student decides to withdraw in the middle of the month?
    No refund will be given for the remaining lessons in the month. One month withdrawal notice must be given.
  • How do I withdraw?
    Please provide one month's withdrawal notice in advance. No refund will be given.
  • What if a class falls on Public Holidays and School Holidays?
    No lessons will be conducted on public holidays. Lessons will be conducted as per usual on school holidays.
  • What should I do if I missed a lesson?
    Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly. No refund or make up lessons are provided if a lesson is missed.
  • What is the student-teacher ratio in each class?
    The maximum students in a class is 25 students.
  • Will the class schedule change?
    Changes in the class schedule are rare. However, in the event that EduFun postpones a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be informed in advance and make-up lessons will be rescheduled. EduFun reserves the right to alter course timings and teaching staff when required.
  • What are the qualifications of your teachers?
    All of EduFun’s teachers are NIE-trained professionals.
  • Does your curriculum follow the MOE syllabus?
    Our teachers are trained and familiar with the MOE syllabus. All our lessons are planned around the MOE curriculum, skills and topics taught in school.
  • Why does my child need to learn lower primary science?
    The lower primary science programmes are aimed to spark and preserve students’ interest towards Science. They will be taught process skills which are important and required for future learning of Science in Primary 3 to 6.
  • What is the parent’s app and where can I download it?
    You can download the the parent’s app on Play Store or Apple Store by searching for ‘DiiBear’. You may interact with our teachers through the app anytime. Our teachers will also update the app with announcements and your child’s progress in the lessons.
  • What attire should my child wear to the lessons?
    Your child should be in comfortable attire like school uniform, school PE attire or home clothes.
  • Do you have other branches?
    There is currently only one enrichment EduFun enrichment centre.
  • What if I am late in picking up my child?
    You may inform your child’s tutor through the DiiBear app. Your child may then wait for you at the EduFun registration counter.
